「風としまなみ」が目指したのは、日本人の口に合う、これからのクラフトラガー。100%国産原料を使用し、日本産ホップや麦芽の繊細な味わいと香り、4.5％のアルコール度数を組み合わせ、しっかりとした飲みごたえと軽やかさ、香りを楽しめる一品に仕上げました。
ホップには、山梨県北杜市産の「かいこがね（甲斐黄金）」を使用。日本初の国産ホップ品種で、柑橘を思わせる香りが特徴です。その香りを活かし、軽やかな飲み口に仕上げています。

今回、人生初の試みで日本産麦芽を使用したピルスナーを造りました。
そして、縁のある山梨県北杜市産ホップも使用して、準定番のジャパニーズピルスナーに！
スッキリした飲み口に加え、北杜市産ホップ「かいこがね」由来の柑橘感。
