「サマー」バージョンで造る「デュンケル」はドイツ語で「暗い」を意味する濃色のラガーです。ローストした麦芽の香ばしさに、ラガー特有のキレのある喉越しがあいまって、ゴクゴク飲める、夏にぴったりの濃色ビールです。
一方「熟成」は、ウインターバージョンで造った「プレミアムボック」を半年間寝かせました。ドイツ生まれの伝統的なハイアルコールなラガー「ボック」は元々長期熟成ビール。そのため、どんどんおいしくなってきます！麦芽の使用量がピルスナーの1.4倍！ アルコール度数で7%！
