「しまなみホッピンラガー」は、ドイツ製造の麦芽を100%使用。しっかりとしたホップ感に加え、麦のうまみが存分に味わえる逸品です。一口目はホップを大量に使用して造られるIPAを彷彿とさせる「華やかなホップ香り」が鼻に抜け、下面発酵のラガービールらしい「ゴクゴクとしたのどごし」も楽しめます。ホップの爽やかな苦味は舌に残らず、飲み口はすっきり。まさにIPAとラガービールの良いとこ取りと言えるクラフトビールが誕生しました。
